Santa Barbara can be warm during the day and cool in the evening, so it’s a good idea to wear layers or bring a light jacket.
Please no pets, outside alcohol or smoking of any kind.

Lil’ Toot allows single collapsible strollers (space permitting). We do not permit double-wide strollers, bicycles, or other large recreational equipment.

We no not allow pets onboard.

Tickets may be purchased online, at our Kiosk (for Stearns Wharf Departures).
For our Private Charters and Special Events, booking is available online.

Although California State Law currently allows prescription cannabis to be legal, it is not legal while boating since the ocean is considered Federal Waters. All illegal drugs and all forms of cannabis are not permitted on any of the boats for any reason.

Public Cruises
Refunds are available for cancellations that are made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time (subject to -10% cancellation fee, online booking fees are not returned). Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. There are no refunds or rebooking for late arrival/no-show, including unused tickets.
Private Charters
Refunds are available for cancellations that are made up to (1) week before the scheduled departure time (subject to -10% cancellation fee, online booking fees are not returned). Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than (1) week before the scheduled departure time. There are no refunds or rebooking for late arrival/no-show.
In the case that Celebration Cruises needs to cancel the cruise because of unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including booking fees, will be issued.
